Frank Fang

                                           is an industrial designer who is currently enrolled in Rhode Island school of Design as a junior student. In his three years of practice, Frank studied the discipline and principles of design and explored beyond these foundations in advanced subtopics revolving around UI/UX, sustainability, and rapid prototyping. Frank is dedicated to using his years of practice in the field of fine arts before college to explore the subject of beauty in forms and structure and the concept of avant garde. With Design ethics in mind, Frank continues to propel his projects with in-depth market research on sustainable products and user-oriented ideology. Outside of class, Frank is passionate about coaching other designers as he has worked as a teaching assistant in sophomore-level courses at RISD. To embrace the constantly changing market of today, Frank’s future goal is to explore and interlink digital platforms with physical products to achieve user-friendly systems in his designs.
